At NASHAYA India, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we deal with fashion and trend-based ethnic wear products, we maintain a strict yet transparent return and exchange policy to ensure fairness for both customers and our business.
π¦ How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

- Product Name
- Description of the issue
- Clear opening/unboxing video of the parcel (Mandatory)
π₯ Opening Video is Mandatory
An opening video recorded from the beginning of parcel opening is compulsory for all return, exchange, missing item, wrong item, or damage-related claims.
This helps us verify:
- Product condition at delivery
- Packaging condition
- Missing or incorrect products
- Transit damage claims
β Claims without a proper opening video may not be accepted.
π Exchange Policy β India
β Free Exchange (Only for Wrong or Damaged Products)
Exchange will be provided at no additional cost only if:
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product arrived damaged
- Parcel contains missing items
Conditions:
- Opening video is mandatory
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
If approved, return pickup or shipping support will be arranged by us.
π Exchange for Other Reasons
If the customer wishes to exchange due to:
- Size issues
- Change of preference
- Style dissatisfaction
- Color expectation differences
- General unsatisfactory reasons
A flat βΉ250 exchange processing charge per product will apply.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Original tags and packaging should remain intact
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Exchange will be processed only after inspection of the returned item
Customers may also be required to self-ship the product to the return address shared by our support team.
β Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- No opening video is provided
- Product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Original tags or packaging are missing
- Return request is raised after 48 hours
- Customized or altered products are ordered
π³ Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only in limited situations such as:
- Order cancellation due to stock unavailability
- Approved return requests after inspection
- Non-serviceable delivery locations where shipment cannot be completed
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact:

- Minor color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen settings may not qualify as defects
